Pastor's Video Reports
Sign up to film at one of three locations!
Annual Pastors' Reports will be done through video again this year as we prepare for District Assembly. We will film in three locations throughout the state. Please sign-up for the location closest to you unless you are unable to film on that date/time. Use the links below to sign-up for an available 15 minute slot. (A slot is no longer available when it is listed as 0 Spots)
Reports will be limited to 60 seconds - any report exceeding 60 seconds will be edited. In your report, you will provide a response to the following prompt: "Share about an experience when someone came to Christ or grew spiritually through discipleship efforts (small groups, Sunday school, children or youth ministry, etc.)” Feel free to share a story of a specific person or situation that exemplifies what you'd like to convey in your report, noting that these reports will be shared publicly during assembly and through the livestream.
In preparing your report, we encourage you to type it out and practice it multiple times. Please send the transcript of your report to Rev. Jeremy Reese by email (jeremy.reese@southcarolinanazarene.com) at least
10 days prior to your scheduled filming so that a prompter can be provided. These written reports are for prompter purposes only, and will not be printed for District Assembly. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
In addition to filming your report, there will be an optional lifelong learning credit opportunity during the lunch hour (11:30am-12:30pm) specifically for those doing their report at that location. If you choose to participate, you will receive one learning credit. The pastor’s meal will be available for Free during this time.

Nazarene ministers are to complete at least 20 hours of lifelong learning each year. Lifelong learning involves participating in opportunities that contribute significantly to the development of your abilities and understanding as a minister of the gospel. Conferences, district training seminars, continuing education courses from educational institutions or professional groups, webcasts, reading a professional journal, and joining others in reading and discussing a book are examples of activities that qualify as lifelong learning.
